Although called a guitar tenor guitars also have a lot in common with the tenor banjo or mandolin family being tuned in 5ths. I have it tuned CGCG or CGDA though I also like the low tuning GDGD or GDAE.

Jack Spira short scale guitar. This was custom made for me and is a short scale instrument generally tuned a fourth higher than standard.

Katoh Alex/CS classical guitar which is a modern interpretation of some 19th century style guitars. It is a small body guitar with spruce top and rosewood back/sides.
